Noel Shull: Republican : Term 6/21/2005 to 4/29/2008
Noel Shull has extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily in the commercial lending area. He has served Missouri Bankers Association as Chairman of Governmental Affairs Committee. The U.S. Small Business Administration National Advisory Council Chairman appointed him Chairman of the Access to Capital Committee in 1988 and 1996. He has served on the board of directors for several banking institutions. Mr. Shull has volunteered on many charitable organization projects, including Missouri Cattlemen Foundation Board, Students in Free Enterprise International Exposition Judge, American Royal Governor and committees and University of Missouri-Columbia Honorary Professors Programs. He received an undergraduate degree from UMC in finance and real estate and a graduate degree in banking from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Shull is a past recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration Regional Financial Services Advocate of the year award and the Kansas City University of Missouri-Columbia Business Alumni Chapter, 2004 Alumni of the year award.

Darryl T. Jones: Democrat: Term 5/05/2005 to 4/29/2008
Darryl T. Jones was formerly employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, now known as SBC, for 15 years as a planning and design engineer and later as a financial analyst. After his career with Bell, Mr. Jones took the bold step in becoming an entrepreneur by forming his own foodservice management company known as TRI-TEC, Inc. Over the past 10 years, he has strategically formed joint-venture partnership with some of the giants of the foodservice industry: Levy Restaurants in operating the foodservice at Americas Center and the Edward Jones Dome; HMSHost in operating the foodservice for Lambert International Airport; and Aramark in operating foodservice for the St. Louis Public Schools. Mr. Jones is currently volunteering numerous hours with several non-profit organizations: Trustee with Fontbonne University, Chairman Garden District Commission; Board Director with Our Little Haven; and Board Director Epsilon Lambda Foundation of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. Some of his former civic duties included: Secretary/Treasurer Missouri Housing Development Commission; Chairman St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District; St. Louis Public Schools Role Model Program; and Board Director of Inroads St. Louis. Mr. Jones and his wife, Villa, and sons are long time residents of St. Louis City.
Sam Hais : Republican : Term 6/07/2006 to 04/29/2009
Sam Hais is a native Missourian, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and attended University City schools, St. Louis University, undergraduate and law school. Sam was an assistant prosecuting attorney in St. Louis County, a private practitioner specializing in trial practice, and in 1975, was appointed a County Magistrate. He was elected and retained as a Judge of the 21 st Judicial Circuit numerous times over the years, and in 1991, was one of the founding members of the St. Louis County Family Court. He returned to the private practice of law in 2004, and is currently the managing partner of Hais, Hais and Kallen Law Firm in Clayton, Missouri. He is married and has two children. In addition to his service on the Missouri Gaming Commission, he is a member of a number of civic, charitable and local community organizations, and is active in Missouri Republican Party affairs.

Larry W. Plunkett, Sr.: Democrat : Term 05/10/2007 to 04/29/2010
Larry W. Plunkett, Sr. was born in Kennett, Missouri. His parents were farmers in the Dunklin, Pemiscot County area. After graduation and serving in the United States Air Force, at age 21 he was appointed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. While serving with the Highway Patrol he had several assignments, patrolling the highways, narcotics investigation, criminal investigation and polygraph examiner. After 30 years of service he retired at the rank of Sergeant. He was elected to two terms as Sheriff of Wayne County, Missouri. On January 1, 2005 he founded Misdemeanor Probation Services Inc., which provides supervision of persons placed on misdemeanor probation by the Courts in the 42 Judicial Circuit, State of Missouri. He has served on the School Board of the Greenville R-II School District for seven years, is a reserve deputy sheriff in Wayne County, Missouri, a Master Mason in Wayne Lodge #526, and Member of the American Legion. He is married and has four children. His hobbies include hunting and fishing in the Missouri Ozarks.

Suzanne Bocell Bradley: Republican : Term 05/10/2007 to 04/29/2010
Suzanne Bocell Bradley is an attorney with Shughart, Thomson and Kilroy, P.C. Ms. Bradley holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Her experience includes a diversified general practice with an emphasis in civil litigation, wills and trusts, real estate and family matters. She has practiced law in Missouri since 1976 and has served as a Substitute Municipal Judge since 1986. Mrs. Bradley has had professional memberships and achievements with numerous organizations but most recently is a member of the Missouri Bar Board of Governors as well as President of St. Joseph Museums Inc. She is also a member of a number of civic organizations. Mrs. Bradley is married and has three children.
