If you would prefer not to return to the boat to place yourself on the List, you may also complete your application at one of the three regional administrative MGC offices. They are open Monday – Friday and are located in Jefferson City, Kansas City and St. Louis. Please call to schedule an appointment to ensure an agent will be available.
