Open Session Minutes
May 26, 2009
The Missouri Gaming Commission (the "Commission") went into open session at approximately 12:00 p.m. on May 26, 2009, at the River City Casino site, 599 East Arlee, St. Louis, Missouri. Present from the Missouri Gaming Commission were Commissioners Shull, Jones, Plunkett, Bradley and Mathewson; Executive Director Gene McNary; Deputy Director of Enforcement Roger Stottlemyre; Deputy Director of Administration Alden Henrickson; General Counsel Chris Hinckley; Legal Counsel Frank Jung; Gaming Enforcement Managers Clarence Greeno and Terri Hutchison; Lieutenant Rex Scism; Human Resource Manager Vicki Glenn; Public Information Officer LeAnn McCarthy; Computer Information Specialist Jason Hammond and Designated Principal Assistant, Angie Franks.
A tour of the River City casino site was held.
Commissioner Jones moved to close the open session meeting. Commissioner Bradley seconded the motion. After a roll call vote was taken, the motion unanimously passed.
The open session meeting ended at 12:50 p.m.

Present from the Missouri Gaming Commission were Commissioners Shull, Jones, Plunkett, Bradley and Mathewson; Executive Director Gene McNary; Deputy Director of Enforcement Roger Stottlemyre; Deputy Director of Administration Alden Henrickson; General Counsel Chris Hinckley; Legal Counsel Frank Jung; Gaming Enforcement Manager Clarence Greeno; Public Information Officer LeAnn McCarthy; Computer Information Specialist Jason Hammond and Designated Principal Assistant, Angie Franks.
