Open Session Minutes

November 14, 2007

The Missouri Gaming Commission (the “Commission”) went into open session at approximately 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2007, at the Commission’s Jefferson City office. Present were Commissioners Shull, Jones and Plunkett.

Commissioner Jones moved that the Commission stand in recess and meet as a committee of the whole for the purpose of considering changes to 11 CSR 45-4 and 10. Commissioner Plunkett seconded the motion. After a roll call vote was taken, the motion unanimously passed.

Public comment was taken regarding the changes to 11 CSR 45-4 and 10.

Director of Policy & Legislative Affairs David Welch presented to the Commission an overview of the proposed changes to Chapters 4 and 10.

Commissioner Jones moved that the Committee of the Whole rise and that the Commission meeting resume. Commissioner Plunkett seconded that motion. After a roll call vote was taken, the motion unanimously passed.

Commissioner Plunkett moved to adjourn the open session meeting. Commissioner Jones seconded the motion. After a roll call vote was taken, the motion unanimously passed.
