Rule Review and Notice of Public Hearing

As part of its review of regulations contained in Title 11, Chapter 45 of the Code of State Regulations, the Missouri Gaming Commission will hold two public hearings to receive comments from interested parties.   These hearings and a public comment period are being held in accordance with Governor Greitens' Executive Order 17-03.  The first hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Missouri Gaming Commission, 3417 Knipp Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65102.  A second public hearing to receive comments will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2017 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the same location.  The Missouri Gaming Commission will have an open comment period from September 1, 2017, through September 31, 2017, when the public can submit written comments to the Missouri Gaming Commission, PO Box 1847, Jefferson City, MO 65102 or via email to Rule Review Committee.
